Summary: Final designs become the property of the Client only upon full payment of fees. Claire Robbins Creative LLC retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, working files, and rejected designs.

Limitation of Liability Claire Robbins Creative LLC (and our officers, agents, and employees) will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of this site.
